Our initial screening is high level and looks at GP liquidity, track record, project location and basis.

3. UNDERWRITING

Our investment team then runs a more detailed financial analysis with conservative assumptions.

4. TERM SHEET

If we would like to transact, our team will then issue an IOI outlining our funding terms.

5. DUE DILIGENCE

Prior to closing, our team undergoes a thorough diligence process.

6. EXECUTION

Going from IOI to closing has minimal execution risk thanks to our institutional capital program backing.
